What Is Leadership Skills:-
We talked about the positive and negative attitude in my last post - Attitude Is Everything, so I thought to discuss Leadership skills which are quite similar to my last post. Let us consider Eagle and Lion. I did some research on them and observed them and I found out that they both are the King of their respective kingdoms. Eagle is the King of bird kingdom and Lion is the King of the animal kingdom. They are the leader of their respective kingdom. This is the reason for observing these two creatures. I thought, "to be a good leader, I better learn their nature and behavior."

I'm going to talk about lion today. What is the reason that lion is king of animals?
Okay, let me share some interesting points :

1.  Lion is not the tallest animal in the jungle.
2. Lion is not the heaviest animal in the jungle.
3. Lion is not the strongest animal in the jungle.
4. Lion is not most powerful animal in the jungle.
5. Lion is not the most clever or intelligent animal in the jungle. 
6. Lion is not the most healthy animal in the jungle. 

  The reason which differentiates them from the other animals is "Attitude". It's their "Spirit of leadership" which make them stand out from the rest of the animals. It's his "Belief" and "What He Think About Himself."

Now Look at another mystery :
 The elephant is the strongest, heaviest, more clever, taller, powerful than most of the animals.
Then why the elephant is not the king of the jungle? Why do they fear from such a small cat, Lion?
Here, fear means respect. Every animal respect Lions, because of their "Attitude" and "self-belief" which makes this difference. Lion is not the best of all the animal, but they rule all the best animals.
For me, the lion is the great encouragement for life. Did you get it? :)
So what we learned from Lion's Behaviour is that:-
" You Don't Have To Be The Best...To Beat The Talented/Best Peoples...!! You Just Have To Think Best...You Just Have To Make Strategies...You Should Have To Belief Yourself...!!  This Depends On Your Positive Attitude...!! "💖

Attitude simply means a settled way of thinking or feeling about something. What you think, how you feel, how you respond everything depend on your Attitude.
Let me clear you at this point that there are two types of attitudes: Positive attitude and negative attitude. Did you confuse between the two? Don't confuse between positive and negative attitude. People usually confused between the two attitudes and often take the attitude as the negative one. (Ego is a kind of negative attitude, don't take it as a positive one). Every successful person in the world knows the difference between the two. Attitude is how you perceive the world or I can say, how you see the world and how the world perceives you. In simple words, Attitude is just your thoughts. If you have full of positives thought in your mind and you think always positive even though your life is not going good, then you have a strong positive attitude. Whereas, If you have negative thoughts in your mind then it's negative attitude. And mind it, negative thoughts are very dangerous for you.

A positive attitude will always find a path out of the problem, but a negative attitude will always find problems in every path. Self-confidence is one of the biggest positive attitudes, whereas Fear, frustrations are a negative attitude. I think you can now easily differentiate between these two attitudes.

 Let me tell you that positive attitude will not make you successful...!! What? Am I wrong ?? Actually no, I am not wrong. It is fact, Positive attitude will only increase your chances of success. It will only help you to think positive. If you have a good positive attitude with average talent in a particular field, you can easily compete with the best people on that field. We can take the example of the king of Birds and Animals.
